What It Was Like on Opening Day

Golden-brown bread is lit up near the front.

It was so busy that people passing by the shop stopped to take a look.

It was 10:50 a.m. The inside was packed with customers.

Nearly three hours had passed since opening, but there was still a line of people buying bread.

You can see all the breads while waiting in line, so you can take your time choosing what you want.

Some breads had already sold out by that time.

They even had chicken items! And twist doughnuts too. (Sorry the photo is blurry)

Of course, they have curry bread too!

So many sandwiches! And pudding too!

Cafe Space and Menu

The リトルマーメイド Yakushicho shop has a cafe space.

Here’s what the menu looks like ↓

They also have soups that go well with bread, such as minestrone.

Seasonal menu items like muscat smoothie and white peach lemonade are definitely worth checking out!

The cafe space is toward the back of the shop. The brick walls are stylish.

The ceiling is high too, making it feel open and airy.

There are also terrace seats.

There was lots of greenery decorating the area.

It’s hot right now, but it looks like it would be really pleasant in autumn.

Bicycle Parking and More

There is a bicycle parking area shared with TUTAYA and Seriya.

You can also enter from the parking lot side next to the shop.

If you enter from this side, you come in from the cafe space area.

Of course, if you go to the right after entering, you can get to the bread sales area.

It looks like on the 15th of every month, you can receive something for every 600 yen you spend at Little Mermaid.
