The tracks are preserved at “Takamatsu Hinata Ryokuchi,” next to Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.

It probably says Osaka Savings Bank, Nishinomiya Branch? And maybe Nikko Nikko Manji??Can’t see it clearly
Osaka Savings Bank was a bank that existed from 1890 to 1945, and through mergers and such, it became:
Nippon Savings Bank → Kyowa Bank → Kyowa Saitama Bank → Asahi Bank → Saitama Resona Bank or Resona Bank
Carillon Square (where the clock tower is)
Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station was rebuilt in 1987.

Overflowing with Showa-era vibes
If you’re from the Showa generation, I think you could stare at this for a good five minutes out of pure nostalgia.
There’s more greenery now, and places to sit, but it’s still a spot where people naturally gather.
