Apparently, trains on the Mukogawa Line will be getting a special “Hanshin Tigers” and “Hanshin Koshien Stadium” themed design.
Here’s just a small part of it↓
The one riding along looks like Lucky, the Tigers’ mascot.I wonder if To-Lucky will be riding along too??
The inside and outside of the trains will apparently be decorated with baseball-themed designs featuring the Tigers, Koshien Stadium, and more.
What caught my attention was the part that says “In-train announcements will be made by the stadium announcers who handle announcements at Hanshin Koshien Stadium”. I’m curious what those announcements will sound like.
Come to think of it, about a year or two ago, a vending machine modeled after an Akado train was installed at Mukogawadanchimae Station, and it played train audio.
Also, there’s an Akado train on display in the plaza at Mukogawa Danchi, right?
Here it is↓

If you have kids who are Tigers fans and love trains, it might be a nice place to visit on a day off.
Finally
This special design service seems to be running to commemorate the reopening of the Koshien History Museum after its renovation. We’ve also written a preview report on the Koshien History Museum, so check it out if you haven’t seen it yet.
