A used bookstore called “ポラン堂古書店” has opened on the 2nd floor of Shukugawa Green Town. It looks like they’ve been open since April 17.

It’s a limited space, but the selection really suited my taste. Even just looking at one shelf, you can feel the care for books and the sensibility of the person who arranged them. It was a fun space for book lovers.
When I told the owner that, the delighted look on their face, and the way they enthusiastically talked about their love for books, especially Kenji Miyazawa, was also very heartwarming.

They have a variety of books, from titles for adults to picture books for children. Inside the shop, there was also a cute table set for kids, creating a space where parents and children can relax and enjoy books together 👩👩👦📕
