Opening day report↓
Here it is on the map↓
Opening on Thursday, October 3
THE ALLEY (ジアレイ) appears to be an authentic tea store that first opened in Shinjuku in July 2017, and it has 18 locations in Tokyo.
Its logo is a deer↓
In the Kinki region, there are three locations in Kobe and one in Kyoto, so this Nishinomiya shop will likely be the fourth location in the Kinki region.
It was originally set to open in late September, but it looks like it will open on Thursday, October 3.(It seems the opening was delayed slightly.)
Tapioca Menu
As you’d expect from an authentic tea store, the menu shows a lot of care and attention.
Here are some items from the tapioca menu↓
If you’re wondering what the ▲, C, M, and H mean,
it looks like drinks can be served at three temperature levels: cold, warm, and hot.
It’s subtle, but it’s the kind of service you’d expect from a tea specialty shop.
There are some intriguing menu items, like “Aurora” and “Falling in Love with Lemon Milk.”
Apparently 翡翠 is read as “hisui.”

Finally
There are lots of interesting menu items, so it feels less like a place you simply go to drink something and more like a place you go to have an experience. We don’t know the exact location yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as we find out.
On THE ALLEY (ジアレイ)’s official website, this ASCII art was written above the program code used to build the homepage.(It’s rare to see something like this in code.)

I think they were drawing this deer logo.
They must be a company with a real sense of fun.
