It looks like the “docomo Shop” along Route 2 in Koshienguchi moved to Kosonecho on February 6.

The address is 1-3-33 Kosonecho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
If you go this way, you’ll soon reach Route 2, where the former shop was, and the Tosakicho intersection where there’s a used Porsche dealership.
If you go in the opposite direction, there’s a Mitsubishi Motors dealership, Coop, and farther along, Amigo Naruo, which will close on February 28, 2019.

That’s the one. The yellow bird from docomo’s commercials.
Apparently its name is “Poinco.” It’s a play on “inko,” the Japanese word for parakeet, and d POINT.
It just kept waving at pedestrians and cars waiting at the traffic light at the Tosakicho intersection.

Did you know? There actually isn’t a single company-owned docomo Shop
I recently learned something surprising.
This is something I heard from a docomo Shop staff member.
Apparently, there isn’t actually a single company-owned docomo Shop.
They’re all run by agents.
By the way, the docomo Shop Kami-Koshienguchi branch that moved this time is operated by a company called MSK Co., Ltd.
The docomo Shops in Nishinomiya City operated by MSK are the following two locations.
- docomo Shop LaLaport Koshien
- docomo Shop Kami-Koshien
In other words, the other docomo Shops in Nishinomiya City are operated by different agents.
