The reason for the closure appears to be waterproofing work by the tenant.

If you go the other way, you’ll find the koji and egg shop “W BROTHERS,” Mokkosu, Don Quijote, and more, leading toward JR Nishinomiya Station.

Kura Sushi had just opened in Imazu on September 15(Nishitsu article), so I wondered if they were renovating the stores one after another, but it turns out this was regular waterproofing work. This week, the newly opened Imazu location and the Koshien location(Nishitsu article) will probably be busy.
