Area around Toridoll
Konan is across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll find places like Katsudon Yoshibei and FamilyMart, heading toward Hama-Koshien and Koshienhama.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Gyomu Super, Imazu Onsen, and eventually Route 43.
It seems they had been selling bento lunches during the day, but that ended on November 30. However, they apparently still sell them at night.
It looks like their usual closing time of 11:30 p.m. has been changed to 10:30 p.m.
Finally
I think it had been there for at least around 15 years. That’s the impression you get from older posts on Tabelog.
Apparently it was always crowded on weekends. The yakitori was reasonably priced, there was parking, and the inside was spacious. Some people on Tabelog even described it as a family-friendly yakitori spot, or a family izakaya. Since this was quite a valuable local restaurant, many people may be shocked to see it close.
