It looks like the yakiniku specialty restaurant “芦屋やまきた” in Kasaya-cho is relocating.

Area Around 芦屋やまきた

If you go this way, you’ll hit the end of the street and come out at Miyako Shopping Street. If you turn right, you’ll find places like そば源.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll reach the Kozone Line.

They were in the middle of moving work.

The New Location Is in Kotoen

The new location is on the west side of Kotoen Station, on the second floor of the building where 鳥伸 is located along Gakuen-dori.

I think it’s the place you can see after going up the stairs.

Finally

Yamakita is relocating within Nishinomiya, from Naruo to Kotoen. For regulars in the neighborhood, it’ll be a bit farther away, which is a tough one. Since it’s known for serving steak lunches for under 1,000 yen, I’m guessing it may get busy with Kwansei Gakuin students, including male students, rather than Mukogawa Women’s University students. Nishi2 will have to go check it out too.
