This time, it’s a food report on a chige soup I found in a vending machine at the Koshien Station rotary and decided to try.

Spicy and Savory Chige-Style Soup 140 yen
Ginger, chili pepper, and the savory flavor of clams. So there aren’t any solid ingredients inside.
When you open the can, a spicy aroma from the chili pepper and a seafood flavor drift out～
This is what it looks like poured into a bowl. It’s a deep red soup with no solid ingredients, but you can see that it has quite a lot of tiny ginger bits in it🧐
When you drink it, the zingy heat from the chili pepper and ginger warms your whole body right up～☺️
You can really taste the seafood umami from clams and other ingredients, and even though it has a mild kick, it’s a soup with a somehow gentle flavor. It might be good for when you just want a little something to fill you up👍
I’m not good with super spicy stuff. Is it not that spicy?
It does tingle on your tongue, but it wasn’t all that spicy, so I thought even people who aren’t great with spicy food could enjoy it.
That’s pretty healthy! It’s been cold lately, so this might be just right✨
