She’s the voice behind Hankyu Railway’s onboard announcement: “Next stop: Nishinomiya-kitaguchi, Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.”
The person behind the voice is Toyoko Shimotsuma. Apparently, she’s also the voice of Keihan Railway. Have you heard her before?
