That’s a number of phalaenopsis orchids you don’t see very often. It definitely made me do a double take.
Can you tell there’s actually a break in the building? The building on the right is the newly added section.

I think the construction took about a year.
Diagonally across the street is the izakaya 磯野浪平.
If you go this way, you’ll find Kura Sushi, Alfa Romeo, and then head toward Ashiya.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Nishinomiya Post Office, Nishinomiya Hospital, Don Quijote, and then come out at JR Nishinomiya Station.
Finally
The building looks like it may have become nearly twice as large. The Porsche location along Route 171, which had been operating as a temporary store during the relocation, has closed. I wonder what will go in there next.
