It looks like “Masaya” at Hanshin Nishinomiya Station is set to open on Monday, September 25.
(Thanks to Shukugawa Marron for the tip!)
They’re also having an opening special↓

On Monday, September 25 and Tuesday, September 26, it looks like you can get most drinks for 90 yen (tax included).

The “Masaya” being built near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station is almost finished.

Here it is↓
From the signboard to the exterior, it looks pretty much complete. Could the yellow-framed area be the takeout window?
Here’s a photo with the shutter open↓

There’s a step up inside. Kind of unusual?

Two shops to the south. “Haru,” with the same black signboard, is also a yakitori restaurant, so could this become a fierce rivalry? This area really is packed with competitors.

Next door is the long-established yakiniku restaurant under renovation, “Yakiniku Sanzenri near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station closed on July 30. Reopening in December.”

Business hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Since it’s opening in mid-September, maybe sometime after the 11th? At the earliest, that’s about a week away.

On the map, it’s here↓
The address is 3-17 Imazake-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Sarashina used to be here.
Around Masaya Hanshin Nishinomiya Branch
Matsuya is diagonally across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll reach the Naruo Mikage Line, where you’ll find rival charcoal-grilled yakitori restaurant Haruya, Fuwakoppe, and the recently opened Yakiniku Theater Gyuin Bashoku.
If you go the other way, you’ll find places like Yakiniku Sanzenri, heading toward Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
Final Thoughts
There are about 10 shops serving yakitori around Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, and this one is opening right in the middle of them. “Yakitori Masaya” is known for serving reasonably priced yakitori grilled over binchotan charcoal. Masaya itself has around four locations in Nishinomiya, though the JR Nishinomiya branch has closed. Most of its locations are concentrated in Ashiya, Nishinomiya, Amagasaki, and Takarazuka, but there are also just four locations in Tokyo. A little bit of trivia.
