“Toriten Chikuwa-ten Udon” from “Sanka Udon Hangesho”
Toriten Chikuwa-ten (C Set Meal) Medium Portion ¥1,130(tax included) （Regular 400g・Medium 600g・Large 800g）
Toriten Chikuwa-ten (C Set Meal). I chose the medium portion, 600g of noodles, and cold udon (“hiya-hiya,” chilled noodles in chilled broth). The medium portion was an extra 150 yen.
It looks so deluxeー✨ “Hangesho” was also selected for Tabelog’s “Udon WEST Top 100 Restaurants 2023,” and it’s a popular udon spot where people line up♪
The noodles are a little on the thick side. They have great chewiness, and you can really feel their presence when you slurp them. The broth was delicious, maybe made with iriko dried sardines. It had that flavor and was a clean, crisp broth.
I get it! Just looking at them, you can tell they’ve got a nice chewー！
This is the toriten and chikuwa-ten. The toriten had shiso wrapped around it, which made it taste refreshing.
Shiso with toriten? That sounds amazing! Totally my kind of thing♪
It also comes with kayaku gohan seasoned mixed rice, so it looks like it’ll really fill you upー.
