Previously, the sign said it would open at the “end of November,” but it has now been changed to “early December.”
Since today is the 13th, we’re already in mid-December, so it may have been postponed even further.

If you go this way, you’ll find Matsugamoto Park and head in the direction of Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya High School and Kwansei Gakuin University.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll come out onto Yakujinsan-suji. Continue straight and you’ll find places like the Indian restaurant Subi Mahal and Sandaimemenya Akutagawa, before reaching the area in front of Kotoen Station.
