It looks like a candied apple specialty shop called “りんごのおもい” is opening near LaLaport Koshien.

It says they’ll open at 12:00 on Monday, March 18.
About two years ago, a sign for an unmanned shop went up here, but there hadn’t really been any movement since then. Now it looks like this shop will be opening in that spot〜😄

If you go this way, you’ll pass Naruo Junior High School, Naruo Library, and the fried chicken specialty shop “手羽虎” that’s currently under construction, then reach Koshien-suji.
If you go this way, you’ll be behind LaLaport.
Finally
“りんごのおもい” already has a Don Quijote location in Nishinomiya, and another one opened in Koshienguchi last month in February, too〜. This new location is near Naruo Junior High and Naruo Elementary, so it looks like it’ll get really lively with students〜〜😆 It opens at 12:00 on Monday, March 18.
