This is what it looks like across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll quickly reach Yamate Kansen. At the intersection, you’ll find places like Ramen Yumeyatai Nishinomiya.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Shumai no Maruyama, Toshiharu Coffee, Super Maruhachi, and more. Keep going and you’ll come out onto Route 2, with Hanshin Nishinomiya Station further ahead.
Finally
From what we found, the shop also had a “kakuuchi” corner where you could enjoy standing drinks, and it was apparently a very comfortable place with friendly staff. Hearing that a longtime neighborhood liquor store has closed really brings a hard-to-describe sadness😔
