Since last year, Marugame Seimen has been selling its “Marugame Shake Udon”, so we tried getting some for takeout〜♪
Marugame Seimen’s “Shake Udon”
These are the two we bought this time.
Yokubari Shake Udon ¥540(tax included)

It’s packed with ingredients kids love, like karaage, hamburger steak, wiener tempura, and kakitama egg! It also comes with one full serving of udon.
How to make it↓
Make sure the lid is firmly closed, hold it down tightly, and then…
Let’s shake it‼️🕺♪
It mixed together pretty well〜.
The broth and sauces from the toppings are coating the noodles perfectly〜〜
It tastes like a homemade bento from childhood, filled with all your favorite things〜.
Frozen Salt Lemon Shake Udon ¥490(tax included)
There are big chunks〜〜 of lemon sprinkled with salt.
After shaking. You can feel the coolness❄️ through the cup in your hand.
The tartness of the lemon brings out a refreshing flavor〜. The noodles also have a nice, firm chew.
We ate part of it and left it for a little while, then tried it again later and were surprised!
As the frozen lemon started to melt, the udon became even more crisp and chilled. It turned into a super lemony flavor🍋
If you really want to feel that lemon punch, the key is to “let it sit a bit”♪
One thing we especially liked this time was how easy it is to hold. You can hold it securely with one hand, and it was really easy to eat in the car while on the move(of course, not by the driver, but by a passenger). It also fits in a car cup holder, so you can set it down partway through. Super convenient.
