Whoa, packed lol
When you go to reception, you get dipping sauce in a paper cup and disposable chopsticks〜
They stack up bottle crates like this to create a nice slope
It comes flowing down with quite a bit of force!
There were also things like tomatoes and cucumbers〜
There were also quail eggs, jelly, and other dagashi snacks〜 Catching the quail eggs was super hard
The boys from the rubber-ball youth baseball team “Naruo Higashi Victors,” who recently won the Hyogo prefectural qualifiers and secured a spot in the national tournament, were there too〜😄
There’s also a lower section for small children〜😊
Finally
I feel like nagashi somen events are pretty rare in Nishinomiya〜. Apparently, the nagashi somen event at Ueda Park has been going for over 20 years, so it’s basically a traditional event now✨ If you live nearby, why not take your kids and check it out〜😄
