The broth for the warm udon has such a fragrant iriko dried sardine aroma, and it’s so delicious!
That iriko aroma is so comforting, isn’t it?✨
The tempura is served on the side, so it stays crispy the whole time, which is great! The salt that comes with the tempura is moshio seaweed salt, so it isn’t harsh at all. It even has a bit of sweetness, which is really nice♪
Apparently, the ingredients in the mixed rice change with the season✨ This time it was “corn rice”♪
Walnut Sesame Sauce Udon ¥1,200
It’s topped with greens and carrots, and the colors are lovely✨
This is a cold udon that you dip into the walnut sesame sauce ^ ^
Come to think of it! The shop’s name is “Kurumiya (来実屋)” too♪
I’m not sure if it comes with every order, but the little serving of sesame tofu on the side is quietly sweet and delicious. That made it even better ^ ^ It also came with tsukudani and pickles.
