It was probably lost during cherry blossom viewing in Shukugawa.

Today, 4/6, around 11:00. It was apparently near the stairs just a little north along the riverside sidewalk by National Route 2.
This doll is called a Waldorf doll, and it seems to have been lovingly handmade by a mother for her child using natural materials.
