It looks like an Asian cuisine shop and an African cuisine shop are opening in the B1 food court of AEON Nishinomiya along the Nakatsuhama Line.
(This information was provided by Kagayaki No. 509 @ Nishitsu SP and Porin-san.)
Here’s the first shop↓

At first glance, it definitely looks like Asian food!

The shop seems to be called Banh Mi Iine🥖
According to the sign, it will
open on Saturday, April 19 at 10:00🙌
Here’s the second shop↓

JOLLOF KITCHEN
It said opening soon. Both shops seem pretty unique〜😆
On the floor guide, it’s here↓
Quoted from Floor Guide – AEON Nishinomiya
It’s the spot where the one-coin Chinese restaurant “上海租界,” “39食堂,” and “カレー屋 アカリ” used to be.
“Banh Mi Iine” and “JOLLOF KITCHEN” Menus
“Banh Mi Iine” Menu

- Yakiniku banh mi
- Beef pho
- Com tam
The banh mi sandwich looks seriously good😋 They also have pho, so maybe it’s Vietnamese food? There’s also a dish called com tam, which isn’t something you hear about every day.

- Fried spring rolls
- Beef rice
Looks like they’ll have a lot of dishes using beef♪🥩

- Special pho
- Yakisoba
- Diced steak skewer
- Grilled chicken skewer
The special pho seems to be especially recommended. The diced steak skewer looks like it comes with vegetables and a pretty generous portion too. Definitely curious about that!

- Soseji
- Tomato cheese pizza
- A5 Wagyu pho
- Special pho
Apparently sausage is written as “soseji” here😆 The pizza with lots of cheese looks tasty too〜🍕
“JOLLOF KITCHEN” Menu

There wasn’t anything like a menu board yet, but the sign showed dishes that looked like they use a lot of curry and spices🍛
By the way, Gambia appears to be a country in West Africa〜
But what caught my eye even more was this↓

There’s a flag for the famous APA President Curry…!!
※For those who don’t know, “APA President Curry” is a retort curry package with the very distinctive female president of APA Hotel boldly featured right on the front〜🍛

Maybe this part is more like retail sales. It’s on sale〜. They even have curry udon lol

There’s also a furikake series called “Goma Sommelier.” Lots of different things going on here, kind of fun😆
Final Thoughts
The food court at AEON Nishinomiya has been seeing a lot of shop turnover lately. Along with existing shops like “Mister Donut” and the Indian curry spot “Asian Food TABLA,” now “Banh Mi Iine” is joining the lineup, and the curry shop(?) “JOLLOF KITCHEN” is coming too! With so many unique places, the food court is starting to feel pretty fun〜🍛🥖🍩
※Kagayaki No. 509 @ Nishitsu SP and Porin-san, thank you very much for the information!!
