The shop formerly known as “Abura Soba Kirinji” in front of Kwansei Gakuin University recently changed its name to “Abura Soba Daikakumei,” so Yajikita-san went to try it out!

Chili oil, vinegar, garlic, and red miso. This flavor-changing endless abura soba keeps evolving🍜
As you mix it,

It seems they have left the franchise of the previous shop “Kirinji” and made a fresh start as “Abura Soba Daikakumei.” The menu appears to be almost the same as before, but the noodles and chili oil have changed😄
