It looks like a dispensing pharmacy called “日本調剤” is going to open right next to Hanshin-Kokudo Station.

In the section for the builder/client, it said 日本調剤.
The construction period is listed as running until the end of March, so it looks like the opening will be sometime in April or later〜

This is what it looks like from above (the pedestrian bridge). It’s the triangular plot between Hanshin-Kokudo Station and the bicycle parking area, a spot that had been vacant for quite a while.

By January 28, fencing had been put up, and it looked like the building’s foundation was starting to take shape.

By the way, “日本調剤” also has a location in Saifukucho, north of JR Nishinomiya Station. The new 日本調剤 opening in Hanshin-Kokudo is probably timed to match the opening of the new hospital next door, “Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya General Medical Center,” which is scheduled to open this July 😄
