It looks like “梅の花の定食や うめまめ” is coming to the 3rd floor of EBISTA Nishinomiya.
(Thanks to Megunii and Kaorun for the tip!)

“食のつむぎカフェ UMENOHANA,” currently on the 3rd floor, will be temporarily closed for renewal from Monday, February 16, and is set to open on Saturday, February 21 as “梅の花の定食や うめまめ.”
The shop’s Tabelog page is up now too.

We’ve featured it before in Nishitsu Gourmet too.
Here it is on the floor map ↓

It’s near the atrium on the 3rd floor.
What Is the New “梅の花の定食や うめまめ” Concept?

The concept is “a body-friendly set meal restaurant you can enjoy every day.”

It looks like you’ll be able to enjoy set meals incorporating Japanese, Western, and Chinese elements, centered around yuba and tofu.

The top recommendation is said to be the “Fuku-Fuku Tofu Set Meal,” made with soybeans containing 1.5 times more isoflavones.

It’s finished by heating it right at your table, letting you enjoy the freshly made sweetness and aroma of soybeans, along with a soft, creamy texture. Sounds like a must-try dish 😄

Plus, every set meal comes with “handmade tofu.” Apparently it has a high soy milk sweetness level and lets you really taste the soybeans♪

For dessert, there’s “Mocchiri Mineoka,” made with milk, fresh cream, kuzu starch, and more. It’s apparently an original sweet with a pleasantly chewy texture.

Final Thoughts
Even back when it was “食のつむぎカフェ,” it had the impression of serving meals that were good for the body, but as a set meal specialty restaurant, it feels like it may become even more satisfying 😆 If you’re interested, check it out.
※Megunii and Kaorun, thank you for the information!!
