The address is 3-13 Naruohama, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. It’s the site where Reso Naruohama stood until November 2020.
What kind of facility will it be?
In short, it looks like it will become “a seaside relaxation facility combining hot springs, saunas, a restaurant, a park, and a dog run”🙌
Looking at the concept image, low-rise buildings about one story tall are arranged with plenty of space, giving it a very open and airy feel. It seems like it’ll have a seaside resort atmosphere〜
Main Facilities
Hot Spring and Spa
- Forest hot spring area (public hot spring)
- Sea sauna area (public sauna)
- Sky private spa
Dining and Community Space
- A restaurant with about 100 seats
- A multipurpose space for fitness and workshops
It looks like it’ll be an open, glass-walled restaurant. There will also be terrace seating, which sounds really pleasant〜
Pet-Related Facilities
- Pet supply shop
- Dog run for small dogs (artificial turf, paid admission)
Great news for dog owners〜
Park Area
The existing lawn plaza, seaside fishing plaza, and flower garden will remain as they are, and it looks like these will be added:
- A children’s play equipment area
- A free footbath and rest pergola
- Space for vendors such as food trucks
- A lawn area
The park will apparently be designed so visitors can stroll around the whole area, and the parking lot will have space for about 80 cars.

The pool will not be making a comeback.
What’s the construction schedule?
- From April 2026: Design and discussions
- From October 2027: Construction
- From April 2028: Facilities to begin opening in stages
The opening is expected to be around summer 2028, two years from now〜. The schedule is the current plan as of now. It may change.
