Those eyebrows are just too cute.

Under the Road Traffic Act, it’s treated like a motorized bicycle, and the legal speed limit is apparently 60 km/h.

He told me, “It’ll be gone soon—it sold at auction!”
It seems Mitsuo has found a new owner.
Once I heard that, his expression started to look a little happy, almost like he was grinning.
