Just north of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, something has started being built at the former Resona Bank site in front of Jankara!
It used to be fenced off, but now an excavator has started working there.
The land has been leveled, and lines have been drawn that make it look like it might become a parking lot.
There was also one excavator at work. What on earth is going to be built here?
The construction company, “株式会社アフェクションウォーク,” is the same company that built “西宮本町つきの保育園” south of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, which we previously covered. Still, it doesn’t really look like a nursery school is being built here.
Across Fudaba-suji, you can see Jankara facing the site.

“アフェクションウォーク” apparently handles construction work, model room construction, renovation projects, and more.
It’ll be exciting to see what gets built in this spot that so many Nishinomiya residents pass by.We’ll report back when we know more.
