It looks like a shoe store called “Kutsu no Hiraki” is opening in Frente Nishinomiya.
Information was posted on a job listing site, which said it will open in late June.

According to the official website, they mainly sell shoes developed in-house, along with clothing and household goods, all at low prices.
The nearest Kutsu no Hiraki around here is the Izumiya Koya store in Itami.
I also checked their online shop, and it looks like they have simply designed sneakers for around 980 yen, and clothing like children’s pajamas for 680 yen, so it might be something like Uniqlo.

Frente Nishinomiya didn’t have a shoe store before. So having a place where you can easily buy shoes will be a big help. Plus, it’s easy on the wallet.
