“Sachi Fukuya” is a set-meal restaurant operated by Fujio Food System Co., Ltd., and we’ve previously written about its location in Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.
This time, we visited the Sachi Fukuya location in LaLaport Koshien.
It’s the same restaurant, but it seems the menu and system differ slightly depending on the location.

Kamado Gohan “Sachi Fukuya LaLaport Koshien” Food
This time, we ordered the “Set Meal with Saikyo-yaki Sea Bass and Eel Rice” (1,480 yen).
Just like the Gardens location, rice and miso soup are all-you-can-refill, but this location also has a salad buffet where you can enjoy unlimited salad, side dishes, mentaiko, and fruit vinegar drinks.
First, we picked up some salad and side dishes from the salad buffet.
Since the mentaiko is also all-you-can-eat and the rice comes with free refills, you could honestly keep eating just that forever.
This is the “eel rice.”
It’s rice topped with kabayaki-style grilled eel, so basically a mini unadon eel rice bowl.
The shredded egg crepe and edamame make it look and taste even more colorful.
It may look like a small rice bowl, but there was more in it than expected.
This is the “Saikyo-yaki sea bass.”
When people think of Saikyo-yaki, many probably picture Spanish mackerel or cod, but sea bass prepared this way is of course very delicious too.
The white miso and mirin really bring out the flavor of the sea bass.
It’s the kind of flavor that makes you want more rice, so the free refills are a nice bonus.
It’s already a fairly hearty set meal, but if it still isn’t enough, you can have as much side dish and mentaiko as you like from the buffet. It’s the kind of place where you’re guaranteed to leave full.
