It seems the event will run from August 1 to August 30.
Open from 4 p.m. on weekdays
The venue is the special event area in Sky Garden on the 4th floor of the Main Building.

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 12:00–21:00

In Closing
Since it’s outdoors and open-air, I imagine you can enjoy a beer with more peace of mind compared with being indoors. It will be held for a full month, so you might want to aim for a relatively less crowded weekday.
