It looks like an international robotics competition will be held at Kwansei Gakuin University’s Uegahara Campus General Gymnasium. The event date is Sunday, August 25, 2019.
Here’s what it looked like last time↓

The international robotics competition is part of the WRO (World Robot Olympiad), an international robotics contest joined by more than 60,000 elementary, junior high, and high school students from 74 countries and regions around the world.
This time, the “16th WRO Japan Finals in Nishinomiya,” in other words the national finals in Japan, will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Kwansei Gakuin University in Nishinomiya. Apparently, it will be the first time in Kansai.
Around 2,000 teams from across Japan, with about 6,000 children, students, and university students expected to apply to participate, so the area around Kotoen Station may get very busy on Sunday, August 25.
This competition will be held in Nishinomiya as the event to select Japan’s representative teams for the “WRO 2019 Hungary International Tournament” taking place in Hungary in November, which is pretty amazing.
