This is what I ordered this time: “Taiwan Mazesoba”（880 yen before tax）
A superb mixed noodle dish packed with juicy, chunky minced meat and a powerful double punch of green onions and garlic chives!
This “slightly spicy tenkasu” really does the job!
It gets your appetite going like crazy!!
The egg is so beautiful it almost feels like a waste to break it… but just as the name says, you mix it all up!!
The noodles are medium-thick and wonderfully chewy!
The egg mixed with the rich soy sauce-based sauce coats the noodles perfectly… it’s irresistible!!!✨
The side menu item “Homemade Spicy Takana” is excellent too!
It’s delicious on its own as a snack, and it also goes perfectly with the noodles!
