Soba Restaurant Taishoan Near Kurakuen-guchi Station Closed on May 6

Reposting as a reminder.

It looks like “大正庵” in Ishibane-cho, in front of Kurakuenguchi Station, will be closing on May 6.
(5/5) According to a tip, it seems they will be closing on May 5 due to a shortage of ingredients↓

They will be closing on the final day of Golden Week.

The address is 1-23 Ishibane-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.

Cross this railroad crossing and Kurakuenguchi Station is immediately on your left.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll come to Kurakuenguchi Bridge. The road at the end is Shukugawa Sakura-dori; turn right and continue straight to head toward Shukugawa Station.

In addition to soba, the shop has a full menu including udon and set meals.

Since you can eat while enjoying the cherry blossoms along the Shukugawa River, quite a lot of people must have used this place. It was busy today too, even though it was a weekday. (Thursday, 4/4, 12:00)

This will be the last time to see this scenery too.

It seems they also had a main shop near Hirota Shrine, but that location apparently closed on September 25 last year. The remaining location seems to be in front of Shin-Sanda Station (Tabelog).

This shop will be open until May 6. Right now it’s likely to be extremely crowded with cherry blossom viewers, so it might be a good idea to visit on another day when it’s less busy.

Dear Customers,

Thank you very much

for using Taishoan over the years.

We had previously announced that we planned to open on Monday the 6th, but as our ingredients and other supplies have run low,

we have decided to close on Sunday the 5th.

We are truly and sincerely grateful

to all of you for loving Taishoan over the years.
