It looks like a food event called “Koshien Ramen Festival × Men Baka” will be held at Hanshin Koshien Stadium.
This is a special event at Koshien Stadium where as many as 10 ramen shops from the Kinki area will gather.
It seems to be a collaboration event with Taichi Yokoyama’s “Men Baka” segment, which apparently aired on “Ohayo Call ABC” on Asahi Broadcasting from 5:00 to 6:45 in the morning.（The latest video for this segment was dated February 2, 2018, so it may no longer be airing on TV now）

Can You Eat Ramen from Every Shop?
Five shops will be open over each three-day period.
That means you won’t be able to try all 10 kinds of ramen from the first and second halves unless you do something like eat two bowls on the first day, two on the second day, and one on the third day.
So, you’ll need to calculate your schedule carefully.
The key point is the business hours.
For this event, the hours differ depending on the day of the week.
Friday: 14:00–19:00
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00–15:00
It’ll be tough unless you do something like eat at 14:00 and again at 19:00 on Friday, then at 11:00 and again at 15:00 on Saturday.
That’s a pretty intense schedule. I wouldn’t recommend it for people who keep regular eating habits.
Finally
Even if you can’t try every single one, the farthest shops are in Wakayama and Nara Prefecture, and the others are in Osaka and Kobe, so you can probably manage somehow.
But you know how it goes: “If I don’t eat it here, I may never eat it again.”
