It looks like the karaage shop “鶏笑 (Torisho)” near the Hankyu train depot and railroad crossing is reopening today, 4/25, after renovations.
↓Here it is

It is located along the Nakatsuhama Line.
Since it was set to reopen tomorrow after renovations, work was being done on the exterior. The ramen shop “一竜” is in the same building.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is Nishinomiya Rengakan, 30−9 Oyamacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.

If you go this way, you’ll find the Hankyu train depot, Gusto, and Sports Dome Kawaragi, and if you keep going, you’ll reach the Wakayamacho intersection on National Route 171.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Pasta no Goemon and Gyu-an. Continue under the Meishin Expressway overpass and keep going, and you’ll reach the Yamate Kansen intersection where McDonald’s is located.
Finally
It seems Torisho closed on July 31 last year. (Source) After closing, it appears they had been collaborating on products with the neighboring ramen shop “一竜.”
