It looks like a multipurpose facility with library functions, including Amity Hall, is going to be built in front of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.

It appears to be the area just north of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, where the Hanshin Bus waiting area and coin parking lots are located.

A large hall and library will apparently be built in this area.
According to the source, the Kobe Shimbun, construction is targeted to begin sometime in fiscal 2024 or later, so it feels like completion will still be at least five years away.
Finally
Having a large hall in front of the station will make things more convenient, and I have a feeling it will bring more foot traffic to the area.
A library will also be added, so it may become easier for many more people to use one.
