The “Otakaraya” along Nakatsuhama Line near the railroad crossing has closed.
(This information was provided by Masahiro. Thank you!)
Here↓

The sign for the Nishikita store and its phone number has been removed.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 30-9 Oyamacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Photo from when it opened last November↓

(Update 2/21) We received information that this location was previously “Otakaraya ← Ichiryu (tonkotsu ramen) ← Hobson’s (ice cream) ← Comic Buster (manga cafe) ← Fukkatsu Shobo (used bookstore) ← UNIQLO”! Since this was based on Street View, there may be some gaps.
Information around Otakaraya

This is what it looks like across the street.

If you go this way, you’ll find Yomenya Goemon and Gyu-an. Continue past the Meishin Expressway overpass, and you’ll reach Yamate Kansen.

If you go the other way, there’s a Hankyu Kobe Line railroad crossing, and a little farther on you’ll find Gusto. Turn left at that corner, and you’ll head toward ACTA.
Finally
It appears to have already been closed as of February 9, when we received the tip.
This location had only just opened in November, so it seems it was open for only about two and a half months.
Recently, a store opened near Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station, but we don’t know whether that is related to this closure.
