Across the street is Liquor Shop Okayama.
If you go this way, you’ll find the udon restaurant Hangesho, Kakitan, Taniya Seian, and other places before reaching National Route 43.
In the opposite direction, there’s Katsuragi and Cafe Kururu, which opened in June, and if you keep going you’ll reach Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
About Umehana Kids YPC Hoikuen near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station
It seems to be a company-led nursery school operated by the Baikakai Medical Corporation Group.
Of course, people living in the area can also use it.
It appears to accept children from 6 months old through age 5.

The number of children on nursery school waiting lists in Nishinomiya City had been increasing every year, but as of April 1 this year, it was apparently 253, down 160 from last year. Source
