The photo is taken at an angle, but there is a Lawson directly across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll find Amagasaki Shinkin Bank, Koshikiiwa Community Center, and if you keep going straight, you’ll reach Kurakuenguchi Station (about 680m away).
If you go this way, you’ll find Hinoike Park. About 250m ahead is the Kurakuen-suji intersection; turn left for Kansai Super, or right toward the Kurakuen area.

There seems to be a Times parking lot at the nearby Co-op. If you are not using the Co-op, there is a fee.
Also, please note that the shutter appears to be closed from 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., so you won’t be able to take your car out during that time.

It is scheduled to open in August. Tabelog says the opening date is August 20. (Added 8/8)
The job site says they’re looking for people who like pasta and wine, so it seems the restaurant will also serve alcohol. Since they offer homemade hand-made pasta, this looks like a place pasta lovers will want to check out. The park is nearby too, so it could be a good spot for lunch with other moms.
