The voter turnout last time was apparently 37.52%, and this time there are things like interview videos with the three mayoral candidates, so perhaps that might change a little.
Election day is Sunday, March 27. If you are busy that day, early voting is available at places such as LaLaport Koshien and ACTA Nishinomiya.
