The construction site next door is where Maruhachi is being rebuilt.
The building has already been demolished. The huge tower-style parking structure next door still seems to be standing.
This pachinko parlor apparently closed last year, on January 25, 2022.

Recently, the B-Come pachinko parlor on Hanshin Kokudo also closed and was demolished, and pachinko parlors seem to be closing one after another in Nishinomiya. Maruhachi is being newly built as well, and this parking structure has a very Showa-era feel to it, so if it gets demolished too, the scenery around here is likely to change quite a bit.
