As of 16:50, it appears service is expected to resume at 17:30. This may change.
The train stopped between Shukugawa and Ashiyagawa is reportedly going to move from 16:51 so that the first car reaches the platform.

Service has resumed from Shukugawa to Osaka-Umeda, but there still seem to be delays.
