They’re Building a Yagura at the Central Gymnasium Annex

The yagura tower is up for the Local Bon Odori Dance Festival, which will be held on Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, August 13 at the Central Gymnasium Annex (former Ashihara Elementary School grounds).

There are three different colors of banners, so it’s looking really flashy! I wonder if there are any other colors too?
