According to the plans, it looks like there will be 2 buildings.
One will be two stories, and the other will be one story. The one-story building appears to be a drive-thru location.
Since the three stores “Hama Sushi, Sukiya, and Olive no Oka” are scheduled to move in, it seems likely that Sukiya will be the one-story drive-thru location, while Hama Sushi and Olive no Oka will be in the two-story building. That said, when we looked into it, it turns out that Hama Sushi also has drive-thru locations! So we can’t say for sure, but based on the floor area and other details, Sukiya still seems the most likely~
The vehicle entrance will be on the Rinko Line side, and the Fukushi Center-suji side will be exit-only.

The parking lot will have space for 93 cars. That’s pretty spacious~
Construction is scheduled to run from late November this year to late May next year. The opening may be around summer next year or later~
Finally
Now that the plans have been posted, it’s easier to picture what the finished site will look like, which makes it even more exciting. If Hama Sushi and Olive no Oka do end up in the two-story building, there are still plenty of things we’re curious about, like which one will be on the first floor and which one will be on the second.

And if Sukiya does become a drive-thru location, there are already drive-thru stores in northern Nishinomiya, but this would be the first one in the southern area. It’ll be nice to be able to pick something up quickly by car~
