Where is it?
The location is in Otani-cho. It’s an area with lots of JR company housing.
It seems it will be built on the site that is currently a Times parking lot and vacant land.

It’s a little far from the station
The nearest station, Shukugawa Station, is about 870m away.
It’s about an 11-minute walk, so it’s a little far if you’re walking from the station.
The site is about 3,000 tsubo
It’s big. About 10,000㎡.(9994㎡)
In tsubo, that’s about 3,000 tsubo, or roughly 6,000 tatami mats in size.
“Koshienguchi Green Place,” the commercial facility that opened in Matsuyama-cho last November, is 3,335㎡, so this site is just under three times that size.

In this neighborhood, it’s large enough to fit more than two Saraike Parks, which you can see in the lower right of the map.

What kinds of shops will be there?
According to the source, Kensetsu News, it only says stores and clinics.
The project owner is Kobe SC Development, which developed “Koshienguchi Green Place,” so it seems likely that restaurants, service shops, clinics, and similar tenants will move in.
It has been confirmed that the building will be two stories.
The site is spacious and far from the station, so I’m guessing there will be a fairly large parking lot.

The Surrounding Area
It will be built just after turning off Yamate Kansen.
Turn onto the road on the left in the photo and it’s right there↓
If you go this way, you’ll find Studio Noob, Shukugawa Catholic Church, the Italian restaurant Da Cencino, and then Shukugawa Station.
If you go about 100m in the opposite direction, you enter Ashiya City, so this is around the western edge of Nishinomiya City.

It’s always exciting to hear about a new commercial facility. In terms of size, it feels like about three large supermarkets’ worth of space.
