A baby castella specialty shop called “総本家 八竹堂 (Yachikudo)” has opened in Matsuzonocho along the Yamate Kansen road.

The address is around 12 Matsuzonocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
This spot used to be something like a small bicycle parking area.

If you go this way, you’ll find Studio Noob next door, Shukugawa Catholic Church, the smoothie specialty shop “JTRRD cafe,” and it leads toward Shukugawa Station.
If you go in the opposite direction, there’s Meat Meat Meat in the adjoining building, and farther along is the planned site of the new commercial facility we recently reported on, leading toward Ashiya.
They Sell Only Baby Castella
It looks like they opened on March 24.
Their business hours and regular closing days don’t seem to be fully decided yet, but for now they’re apparently open from 11:00 to 19:00.
The menu is simple: baby castella only.

It seems that Yachikudo relocated to Nishinomiya from Kobe.
There are probably many people who are happy that a baby castella specialty shop has opened in Shukugawa.
Come to think of it, there was also quite a long line at the baby castella stand at the Nishinomiya Fireworks Festival the other day. Everyone loves baby castella, don’t they?
