Here’s what the completed facility is expected to look like

You can see that the Lawson will be in the front.
The drugstore is planned to be “Drug Yutaka.”
It looks like there will be a lawn plaza.
It seems like it will be a relaxing space for parents and children.
When will it be built?
The commercial facility in front of Mukogawa-danchi-mae Station is reportedly aiming to open in March 2021.
What kind of stores will be there?
The stores going into each building have been confirmed. (Some store names are still unknown.)

Daiso is, needless to say, the king of the 100-yen shop world.
Sundi has 2 locations in Nishinomiya. Since it’s a discount supermarket, it’s kind of like a super cheap grocery store. A tweet from someone shopping there and recent bargain items
Drug Yutaka is a drugstore. There is one location in the city, in Hama-Koshien.
Sakai Coffee is a pancake and coffee shop aiming to be the best in the world. They have an incredibly wide variety of pancakes. See Tabelog
Lawson is Lawson.
Anytime Fitness is a 24-hour gym. There are 6 locations in the city. We previously wrote an article about one opening in Uegahara.
There are probably plans for 2 clinics. It’s not yet known what departments they will have.
It looks like the parking lot will have space for 141 cars.

Final thoughts
When we previously reported on this, construction was apparently scheduled to begin in June, but as you can see in the photo, it doesn’t look like anything has started yet. It may have been delayed due to the impact of COVID-19. We’ll let you know if we receive more detailed information!
