It looks like the Hokkahokka Tei near Hankyu Kotoen Station is closing.
(Thanks to Nebosuke Mama and Yoshipii @ Nishitsu SP for the tip.)
Here it is ↓

It will close as of Wednesday, April 30.
Around “Hokkahokka Tei Kotoen Ekimae”

Across from it are the tracks of the Hankyu Imazu Line.

If you go this way, Menya Narudo is next door, and Kotoen Station is just beyond that.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Torikizoku, Blue Sky Bakery, and other spots on the way toward Mondo-Yakujin Station.
In Closing

Checking on Google Street View, it looks like the shop had already been open at least as far back as 2011. With this Hoka-ben gone, there really won’t be many places left near Kotoen Station where you can buy a bento. Some people are probably going to find that inconvenient. It’s sad news for those who used to stop by often.
