The steel frame is starting to go up for the Joshin building currently being rebuilt along Route 171.

We previously posted an article when the site had been cleared after demolition.
Here’s the map↓
The address is
After the rebuild, it will no longer be an outlet specialty store

This location previously operated as “Joshin Outlet Nishinomiya,” but after the rebuild it looks like it will be reborn as “Joshin Nishinomiya.”
It will no longer be a specialty outlet store, but we’re curious whether it will still carry outlet items.
Construction Status

The steel frame for the stairs is also in place.

This is how it looks from above. (Photo taken from the pedestrian bridge)

The section where the steel frame has been assembled is on the left when facing the site.

Judging from the plans, it looks like a lot more steel framing will still be going up.

Finally
It’s a large-scale store. The Nishinomiya Gardens location is also nearby, just 1.3 km away in a straight line, so it will be interesting to see how the two stores differentiate themselves. The opening was listed as autumn, but the earlier construction plan overview said completion was scheduled for late November. Either way, it’s exciting to see a new large electronics store taking shape.
